Michael Crockett

Michael Crockett is a seasoned Human Resources professional and U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of combined federal, military, and private-sector experience specializing in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, staffing, and workforce management.
He currently serves as a GS-11 Human Resources Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing expert guidance on disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, performance management, reasonable accommodations, and compliance with federal laws and collective bargaining agreements.
Michael brings extensive leadership experience from his military service, where he managed large teams, led Equal Employment Opportunity initiatives, advised senior leaders on personnel matters, and supported workforce development and training programs. His background includes hands-on expertise in HR systems, investigations, policy interpretation, employee counseling, onboarding, benefits administration, and organizational workforce planning.
He holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Michael maintains an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and is recognized for his professionalism, discretion, and ability to resolve complex employee relations issues while maintaining mission readiness and organizational effectiveness.
